Referral Services:

The UPLIFT Community Foundation, Inc. expanded its charitable contributions to the community by creating valuable "Referral Services." The "Referral Services" are a part of the Foundation's "Programs" that deal with economic development of the individual. The purpose of the "Referral Services" is to help diverse communities obtain gainful employment, internships or scholarships by providing them with ample information to apply for positions or opportunities. The Foundation operates their "Referral Services" by acting as a "Information Bank," which is a clearinghouse of available job openings, internships and scholarship from employers, organizations, and educational facilities located across the United States.

Clearinghouse of Information

The Foundation receives information from the following non-exhaustive list of sources: corporations, other business entities, colleges and universities, and non-profit organizations. In addition, the Foundation adds a special something to its "Referral Services"…a relationship with it's network of employers, organizations, and educational facilities.
